    My Mini Bar is a simple and convenient on-demand alcohol delivery service. Browse our selection, add your favoUrite drinks to your cart, and place your order. We'll deliver them right to your doorstep!

    Can I exchange my order?
    We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Cards and transfers only, providing you with secure and convenient options for your orders.
    Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
    Yes, the minimum order amount for delivery is N5,000. This ensures that we can provide you with a seamless delivery experience.
    Can I expedite my shipping?
    Yes! We ship from 7 warehouses around the Lagos however our two main warehouses are in Lekki Phase and Lagos Island. With so many shipping centres across the Lagos state, we provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry.distribution network, feel free to let me know!
    I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
    Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. Please note when an order is dispatched to you, the carrier may ask for proof of age if they feel the person receiving the package is not 18, at which point they may retain the package and return it to us. We would then credit the cost of the order less the delivery cost.

    1. Our Contract with You.

    • These Terms and Conditions apply:
      1. So far as the situation permits, you as a visitor to our website;
      2.  and in any case, to you as a buyer or potential customer of our Goods and Services.
    • The advertised goods may not be available.
    •  Your order will be accepted via e-mail confirmation. In addition, our reply will confirm the specifics of your transaction. That is when our contract is made.
    • We retain the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any moment. The Terms and Conditions that apply to you are those posted on Our Website on the day you buy Goods and Services from us.
    • All descriptions, weights and sizes of Goods are those of the original manufacturers. As a result, any such description shall not be included into these Terms and Conditions.
    • If we do not have the Goods you ordered in stock, we may give you alternatives before shipping your purchase. If this occurs, you may:
    1. Accept the alternatives we offer;
    2. Cancel your order;
    3. Keep the order, but inform us to remove the out-of-stock item.
  • If we owe you money (for whatever reason), we will credit your account or debit card as soon as practically possible, but no later than 3 – 15 working days from the date of your order.
  • Purchased goods are at your risk from the time they are picked up by the Carrier from our warehouse.
  • We retain the right to cancel orders for any reason at any time. In the unusual event that this occurs, all money will be reimbursed no later than 3 – 15 working days from the date of your order.
  • 2.  Price and Payment:

    • Before we can deliver you any part of your purchase, you must pay the entire amount.
    • We shall pay any banking fees imposed by the recipient bank on payments made to us. You will be responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of making a payment in a currency other than Naira.
    • Any exchange rate information provided by us is purely approximate and subject to change at any time.
    • You agree to pay any payments owed to us under these Terms in full, without any set-off, deduction, or counterclaim.

    • You agree that you have supplied, and will continue to submit, accurate, up-to-date, and full information about yourself. We require your information in order to provide you with the Goods and Services.
    • We shall take reasonable efforts to react to any point of discontent raised by you if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
    • By providing us with your email address, you consent to receive marketing materials from My Mini Bar on a regular basis.
    1. You have the option to unsubscribe or change your selections at any time.
