Beringer Founders Cabernet Sauvignon

Being pioneers in the wine industry, Beringer is renowned for establishing numerous "firsts." We were among the first facilities to use hand-dug caverns and cellars for operation, as well as one of the first gravity supplied facilities. In 1934, we were the first to offer open tours, beginning a long-standing Napa Valley hospitality custom. The #1 Wine of the Year designations for both a red and a white wine were given to our winery for the first time ever.
