The Mediterranean region, its preserved natural beauty, and its artists are honored by Art de Vivre. Its distinctive bottle, which is composed of natural clay, is reminiscent of the earliest amphoras. This wine is an invitation to appreciate a vineyard that is more than two thousand years old and has witnessed a civilization and a living heritage of exceptional beauty. It is made from representative grape varieties of the South of France.
To get ripe, robust, and concentrated grapes, you must harvest them late (from the end of September to mid-October). This encourages the fermentation and maceration processes, which extract color and aroma. Hand-harvested grapes are sent to the cellar along with some of them. The grapes are destemmed and then placed in stainless steel tanks for 15–20 day macerations. After that, some of the wine is racked and stored in barrels for eight months.
