Terrazas Los Andes 2018 Reserva Malbec red wine, is a lovely red wine with purple undertones. Has a deep floral and fruity scent of violets, black cherry, and plum. There are distinct toast and spice flavours, as well as traces of black pepper and chocolate.

On the palate, it's juicy, with subtle tannins and a medium body. It goes nicely with rare roasted lamb or beef, as well as deeply seasoned rustic, meaty sausages. 

For this Reserva Malbec, Hervé Birnie-Scott blends grapes from four Uco Valley vineyards. It is hand-harvested and matured on French oak for a year. By using only free-run wine and maturing it for a year, this Mendoza Malbec adds depth and freshness of fruit. In a blend of new and old French and American oak barrels from vineyards more than 1000 metres above sea level.

The wine is smooth and balanced, with violet and graphite flavors. Added to the base of plum and currant fruit and a finish suggestive of dried cherries, raisins, and prunes. Terrazaz Reserva Malbec red wine is part of the house of LVMH.
